We follow the usual terms under the Consumer Act in Norway with the return / cancellation period. (14 days)
It is important that goods that are returned unused, odor-free, undamaged and properly packed in original packaging. The client will be responsible for the item by return. Shipping / handling charges is not credited. In case of damage, defects or other blemish on the returned product will be deducted for reimbursement amount.
When packets are sent is strongly recommended to our customers that packets sent is traceable. This is for your safety as we and the customer has a receipt when the packet is sent, and we have documented the item for the carrier.
