Items that are missing in shipment
If you are missing one or more goods in relation to order, and this is not because you have backordered remain with us, we have separate procedures for dealing with this as simple as possible.
Answers to your order confirmation or shipping confirmation received by e-mail. This email must contain the following information:
The order number and name of the item is missing/damaged.
The law refers to you to do things "within a reasonable time" and we allow us to interpret this in this context as less than 10 working days you have been receiving the message or retrieved product.
